You could figure out the form version in the form builder user interface following the instructions outlined in the image below: [Image 1] Check out if your survey projects has any redeployment (as marked 1 in the above image). If you notice that the form has a redeployment, you could see the details from the area that has been marked 2 as outlined in the image above . Have a great day!
