Including text free zone into a cascade

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend is making a form to pass her PhD in France.

She and I are not really familiar into excel mathematics and all these types of things.

The problem is she wants to include a a free text zone into a cascade.

An exemple could be :

• What are your knowledge ressources ?

1. My Graduation’s knowledge

2.Scientific articles

3. Conferences

4. others then :text zone:

Is it possible to to this type of cascade into kobo forms actually ? Isthe answer is yes,
How could we do it by the simpliest way ?
