I am trying to download the data responses in the XLS file format, and the information was downloaded incomplete, please see the image below.
But, on the kobotoolbox website, all the information and responses are completed. Please see the image below
What should I do?

Welcome back to the community, @deglisfernando! Would you mind going to the end of your data and then checking if you are able to see the data there for those that are missing? Generally, when you make changes and redeploy the data collected after that change goes to the end.

I tried and it didn´t work. I have to take the missing information in the Excel file and put manually using the data from the Kobotoolbox website.
Maybe there was something in the new deployment before the new information was caught

Similar to this problem, I had deploy my survey form and completed fist data collection with the first district. Then, There are more few questions added to survey form. I redeployed again for the survey in the second district. After that, my team use only the additional questions to collect data again from the first district, then I edited data in KoBo only respondents from the first district. Data in KoBo Data tab are look good and completed. I exported all data to Excel but there are still missing data for all additional questions only the participants in the first district. I tried to check option “Include fields from all 8 versions” before export but still missing some data.
May any solutions on this.
