Install kobotoolbox for server ubuntu

Hello. Help my please.
I install Kobo on the server of the Red Cross of Ukraine. Installation is performed with root privileges. I use a CPU server of CPU 2, 8 GB, 80 HDD. Can’t install due to error :

The local version is put. It works well. But for the Red Cross of Ukraine, the server version is shredded for the work of many people. Such a timeout installation is performed endlessly.

KoBoToolbox has not started yet. This is can be normal with low CPU/RAM computers. I was having the same issue even after a couple of setup runs. The 4 hostnames need to be set to the same IP address in /etc/hosts. If you are accessing the KoBoToolbox from outside you need also to define the same entries in the machine from where you are browsing.

Hello @Oleh , If you expect high traffic on the server, you should do load balancing, For self healing and Container Management I suggest use kubernetes

Hello. Thanks for your help with the installation. Unfortunately @hakan_cetinkaya it didn’t help. I’ll clarify: I’m installing on a Hyper-V virtual environment with Ubuntu 22.04 installed.

After making the changes, I have the same problem with the launch.
I also tried to install kobotoolbox on ubuntu 20.04/server 20.04, ubuntu 18, debian.
Everyone has the same result.

I gave the virtual machine all the resources of the server: 8 CPU / 15 GB.
