Internal Server Error (500) When Redeploying Tools After Replacing Media Files

We have been encountering a persistent issue on our account: every time we attempt to redeploy a form after replacing media files, we receive an Internal Server Error (500). This issue began on Friday and has continued through to today.

@okware_256, all you need to do is follow the steps outlined below: Open online validator. This screen appears as shared below: [Image 1] There press Choose File and upload your XLSForm. Once the XLSForm is uploaded there, press Submit. As soon as you press Submit, you will see something as shown below: [Image 2] Now press Preview in browser. hey @Kal_Lam, semi-glad to be back haha. yes, I did run it through ODK Test and this is the interesting part. I get the following error message “Error: ‘dict’ object has no attribute ‘nodeType’”.

I went to kobocollect to check the version history as well as ours(as we use dropbox for version control) and the last deployment for this particular form was 7 months ago which coincides with the last edited date dropbox provides.
