Is it also possible to customize the page to be just plain or include the company’s logo and how can I do this?

so I want to know if its possible to conduct fieldwork using a panel. In the panel we have 3 different URLs, one URL is for the successful interviews, the second URL is for those that haven’t been successful and its known as the screen out URL and the final URL is the one for quota full. I need a respondent to be re
directed to each URL according to the condition they have met.

@mnelson, did you mean you wish to display some custom text messages based on the information filled up by the enumerators?
Basically yes, the interviews are collected on a panel and the respondent is directed to a page according to their status,if successful they are directed to the to the complete url,if didnt qualify they are directed to the screenout url and if a certain quota is full they are directed to the quota full url.
@Kal_Lam any trick that can be applied here?
