Is it possible to create sub-options when initial option is selected in a "Select Many" type of question?

Hi I am trying to create a checklist for my Kobo survey and I want to be able to create sub-options in a “Select Many” type of question whenever an option is selected instead of using skip logic and going to a whole new question.

For example, in the image attached, I selected Option 1 & Option 2, and by selecting an option I want to be able to show sub-options for each initial option selected

If you guys would help me out if this is possible or not, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
