Is it possible to set the date in the form so that the week can be marked?

HI,
When I want to put an option in the form to select a date, I have the option that the person entering the data can enter just one day, or a month or a year.
For my needs, I would need a weekly reporting option, and I can’t seem to find how to do that. Please tell me how I can do it, if there is even an option for it.
Is it possible to set the date in the form so that the week can be marked, with starting and ending date?
Example: I need reports for the period starting on 10/10/2022 and ends at 17/10/2022.

No, Maybe I didn’t explain it so good. So: When I want to set a date as one of the questions in the form, I can only choose the option to select the exact day of the year, month or just the year.
What I need is to mark the start and end date in the form. For example, the beginning and end of the week.
