Is it possible to use KoBoToolbox for longitudinal impact studies?

Dear community,

we are trying to set up KoBo Toolbox in such a way that we can track student and school data over a period of 2-5 years, with mostly the same kind of data collected twice a year (e.g. grades, skills development scores). Does anyone have experience of using KoBo for such longitudinal studies and if it is possible to have data collected from one person always be added automatically to that dataset over the years?

thank you very much for pointing me towards this discussion, although the answer is unfortunate for us. We will see in more detail if the “pulling data” option is a feasible one.
