For my project, I need to register a cow based on her ear tag and collect longitudinal data over years. Every year, the parity of the cow changes when she gives birth to calf. Between two calving, there are events e.g. she comes in to heat (repeatable, date of insemination, ID of bull/semen), diagnosed for pregnancy six weeks after each insemination (repeatable, pregnant versus not pregnant), at calving one has to not date of calving and register calf (with an ear tag along with its sex , body weight, ID of bull, cow).
May someone support to design xls form and use dynamic attachments?
