Issue in Deploying the form

While deploying the form, it says the following error: The name column for the ‘sq26a78’ choice list contains these duplicates: ‘other’. Duplicate names will be impossible to identify in analysis unless a previous value in a cascading select differentiates them. If this is intentional, you can set the allow_choice_duplicates setting to ‘yes’. Learn more: XLSForm.org.

Hi @dillidotel that error message describes the issue - you need to look at your choice answer options for the ‘sq26a78’ list and make sure the same ‘name’ isn’t used twice by accident.
