Issue Managing Shared Forms in KoBoToolbox (Seeing Old Shared Forms I Can’t Disconnect in KoBo Toolbox)

  • I am a non-admin user (only “user” privileges).
  • The form(s) were shared with my account (In which I am Admin) by another user or organization.
  • Data collection has ended.
  • I can see the forms in My list under “Get Form” or “Download Form”.
  • I want to remove or disconnect these forms , but I cannot because:
    • You don’t own the forms.
    • You don’t have admin rights.
    • The original owner is not accessible or active anymore.

Welcome to the community, @ethjoshua! If you don’t want to see those projects in your Collect Android App when trying to download blank forms to your app, you will need to archive the projects from the server by following this support article Archiving and Unarchiving Projects. But you will need to be the admin owner of this porject or have the permissions to perform the action.
