Issue with Data Changing in Kobo Preview Before Submission

Dear Kobo Support Team,

I am experiencing a problem with my Kobo form during the preview stage before submission. When I enter values for certain fields (such as age, medicine dose, height, and blood pressure), the data appears to change automatically in the preview screen. For example, an age entered as “25” display differently, or a medicine dose value is altered before final submission. It is decreasing in my case.

This issue is affecting the accuracy of my baseline assessment data. I have checked the form design and confirmed that the fields are set correctly, but the problem persists.

Could you please advise on:

1. Why these values are changing during preview.

2. How to correct the form so that the entered values remain unchanged.

I have attached screenshots showing the entered values which has decreased to 497 , However 500 was entered here.
