Issue with Editing and Submitting Pre–18 June 2025 Entries

Over the past few days, I’ve encountered a recurring issue with entries made prior to 18 June 2025. Whenever I - or anyone with access - attempts to edit and resubmit these records, the following error message pops up:

Data server did not accept data. Contact the survey administrator please. (400)

The only workaround I’ve found so far is to duplicate the original record and delete the original entry. While this allows the new record to be edited and resubmitted successfully, it does alter the original submission date and time, which may not be ideal.

Anyone has any advice, insights, or a more sustainable solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
