Issue with Kobo Toolbox (

Some of our colleagues are not able to login to their Kobo Accounts. It is just loading and loading.

@rahmat, I don’t have this issue at my end. Is it still on? Would you mind checking your network connectivity?

@Kal_Lam , Unfortunately, we are facing this issue once again. However, when we log in with a new Kobo User, it gives such error. Can you have a look?

@rahmat, when checking it with the OCHA server it’s completely fine at my end. Maybe it’s the connectivity issue that is affecting at your end.

I don’t know but I can login in a user which I am using regularly in my computer but not in a new one.

Dear @Kal_Lam , I have received two more messages from our field colleagues. They are also facing the same issue. The page is just loading and the projects are not appearing.
