Issue with Missing Attachments in Submitted Kobo Form

I am reaching out to request assistance regarding an issue with missing file attachments in one of my Kobo forms.

The form includes a required field titled “Please attach your Curriculum Vitae (CV)”, which was completed by participants. However, after downloading the submitted data into Excel, I noticed that some attachments are not accessible, even though the field was marked as required.

When reviewing the data, the following issues were observed:

The “Please attach your Curriculum Vitae (CV)” column contains file names.
The corresponding “Please attach your Curriculum Vitae (CV)_URL” column is empty for some submissions.
Upon further inspection on the Kobo interface, I received an error indicating the file could not be found. I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.
This issue is critical as I need access to the missing attachments to proceed with my project. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or guide me on how to retrieve the missing files?
