Dear Kobo Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am encountering a challenge with the Kobo Collect system. Specifically, while the database shows that six audio files have been collected, only two audio files are included when I attempt to download the media attachments.
The remaining four audio files appear to be missing from the download package, even though their presence is indicated in the submission records.
Could you kindly assist in resolving this issue? Your support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
