Hi KoBoToolbox team,
I’m currently managing data collection for a project with two active surveys on your platform.
- Our quantitative survey is working perfectly fine today with no issues.
- However, our second survey, which includes voice recordings (using the audio question type), has not been receiving data since this morning. The field surveyors have reported multiple times that the survey is not functioning — specifically, submissions fail when attempting to upload voice data.
We have tested on multiple devices, with different network connections, and ensured the KoBoCollect app is up-to-date. Despite this, the issue persists.
