I have a user trying to submit data via a form using the Enketo online form. This form is not hosted on a private server. The form is set to require users to login in order to submit a new record. She is able to login to her account and access the form, but when she tries to submit a new form, it asks her to login and then does not submit the form but instead continuously asks her to login again. She is getting stuck in a login loop. Her records are saving in the queue, but she is having the same issue when trying to submit saved records. We have tried clearing her browser cookies, restarting her browser, and adjusting her organizational security settings to address the issue. So far, none of these options has worked. She does not have access to an android device so is not able to use the KoboCollect App. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Welcome to the community, @rjohnson! Did you or the admin owner of the project share the project with the user as row-level permission?
I am the admin owner of the project but another user shared the project with this user using row-level permissions
@rjohnson, maybe your team will need to check the sharing permissions to see if the account is granted add submissions
too.
We did double check and confirmed they do have add submissions turned on. It looks like they are still having issues with this login loop. Are there any other things that could be causing it?
