After updating the form, the data I downloaded with its responses is different from the data I am seeing in Kobo Collect

@Kal_Lam After updating the questionnaire, the responses I downloaded are different from what I see on the platform. In the downloaded file, I can see the responses submitted before the update of the form, but those same responses are not shown in the online platform. It instead shows only the responses submitted after the update.

@Kal_Lam, Yes, this is the UUID: d7826b40-2c7c-4d85-a7bd-198bb88381ec for that case. Please note that the issue is with many other cases
