Is anyone seeing a connection time out for KF KoboCollect? I’m having trouble getting blank forms on the Android devices and also logging in via computer to my account on KF Kobo. We’re about to deploy a survey soon!!! Please help!

Hi Sam,
As confirmed in the other message, we had a short outage with our server being inaccessible yesterday. The issue was resolved noon at noon Eastern Time. We’re looking into what caused the issue and how it can be prevented in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience!
