I would like to get more detail on this specific aspect as I’m in a project where we choose to run both app in parallel.
1 NGO is part of several projects where forms and data are differently owned. Some are for the NGO it self, some for another partner. As Kobo cannot manage different servor/account at the same time and as we want to avoid repetitive account modification, we’ve tried this approach (having the 2 app) but 1 of our partner is facing issue while trying to upload data.

@josephbenita, maybe you could take advantage of the sharing permission feature where you could give access to specific projects to specific users …
