Hi! I have installed Kobo Collect App on my android using the server setting instructions given on this page Data Collection on KoboCollect App (Older Version) — KoboToolbox documentation. However, when I open the app, I can only see a limited version of the home page (see screen shot below). How can I see the settings button (three dots) and the other options like the “Get the Blank Form” so I can set up the form on my adroid device? Thank you.

@VAIW2025, please be informed that usernames are case sensitive. Use lower letter characters and that should help you solve your issue.
Thank you very much. It was the lower case characters for the username. Problem solved.
