Kobo Collect App v1.23.3k crashes

Kobo Collect App v1.23.3k crashes while accessing admin access to General settings

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open App
  2. Go to Admin Settings
  3. Tap on General Settings
  4. APP CRASHED

Expected behavior

Access to General settings for admin

Actual behavior

App stopped working and crashed

Android version : 9 (Pie)

Kindly please be informed that the KoBoCollect android app v1.23.3k does not support android 10 and hence as an alternative we would suggest you to use the ODKCollect for android to collect your data in your device while KoBoToolbox server to design your form and manage your data.

Kindly please be informed that you should now be able to use the KoBoCollect android app (v1.25.1) which has just been released in the google play store. Also please be informed that this version smoothly works with android 10.
