Kobo collect CSV Issue

I am experiencing an issue with one of my KoBoToolbox forms.

The form uses several CSV files, some of them for choice lists and others for pulldata.The form works correctly when I open it in the web browser (Enketo).

However, on the ODK Collect mobile application, the lists are no longer appearing. When I open the form on the device, it seems that the CSV files are not loading, so the select lists are empty.

This form has been working on the ODK app for about two years without any issues, and the problem started two days ago without any changes to the form or files.

Could you please help me understand why the CSV files are not loading in ODK Collect and how to fix this issue?

AFAIK there are no present issues with loading CVS files into KoboCollect or Enketo. I tried it on both our Global and EU servers just now, with a form involving multiple CSV attachments, and in both cases it is working as expected.

If an form attachment file fails to be fetched - for example, it is very very large and there is a mobile data disruption or timeout - then you should have seen an error pop up on your phone when you download/re-download the form.

Or, if these CSVs are being referenced in pulldatas or used to feed select choice lists, then if you are seeing nothing show up as expected then that suggests either a problem in the pulldata parameters, a problem in the choice_filter (if you have one) or the format of the data in the CVS has changed and is no longer compatible with how your form is trying to harvest it. (although you say the exact same form is working under Enketo so that may not be the case).

If you are able to post your form and CSV(s) here I expect we can resolved it.

For reference, what Kobo server are you using (Global, EU or other), and what version of KoboCollect (or ODK Collect) are you on?
