Hi Moina,
Can you send more details about the steps you took before the app stopped? Which version of the app are you using? If you haven’t upgraded, please download the latest version from the Google Play store that was released this week.

Some users find the app stops if there is a significant problem with the Internet connection while downloading a form from the server.
