I can not sign out of my kobo account nor donlowed project form in xls. it dose not response.

Maybe you will need to clear the cache of your browser. This should solve your issue.
I tried another browser but same same issue. I removed Google Chrome and reinstalled it. Still same issue. So i think clearing the cache noe a solution for this.
