We noted that on September 8 (GMT+7), we couldn’t open our forms at all. I had a team out conducting surveys… and one device would work but some others could not… and the none of my forms on my phone also couldn’t open (around the same time… i didn’t note the date). I vaguely remember that there was a notice that the system would be unavailable (can’t remember that date). and just wondering this is was the reason.
We had downloaded forms previously onto devices-so would think it would work anyway, but wondering if the reason was that the devices had been connected to the internet preventing it from opening up anything. And the one device that worked maybe had not been connected to the internet at all? Might that be what happened?
just trying to figure out what happened and how to avoid this in the future.
