Hi Doug,
I’m posting this to our users list as there are probably others with the same issue. Let’s figure out what the problem is.

Can you tell me if you’re using KoBoForm from our website (http://www.kobotoolbox.org/koboform/) or through the offline installer? Then, please tell us what browser you’re using (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

What you’re showing in your email is a known issue that appears when loading the offline installer in Chrome (which we’re currently fixing), but please confirm whether this is how you’re using KoBoForm.

Thanks for your message. We are aware of the issue with the offline version of KoBoForm and are working on it. I apologize for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, you can visit http://www.kobotoolbox.org/koboform/ to create your survey forms and save them to your computer and Android phone afterwards. If you’re not planning on being offline altogether, using the online version of KoBoForm is always your best bet, as you will always benefit from the latest code and improvements.

As always, data collection with your tablets can be done offline using KoBoCollect.

Hey Doug-
Glad it works with Chrome (as it should). Avoid IE as much as you can for now, though we’re working on having the form builder be supported in all major browsers.
