We’ve reports of this issue in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Chile and Uruguay.

Does anybody else is experiencing this or has any idea of this issue?

In two of this three countries we’re working in emergency conditions.

Hi all,

This is a temporary glitch only affecting the kobo.humanitarianresponse.info server, caused by a problem with the OCHA domain service. The server will be back to normal very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

The domain is accessible again for most users. If you’re still being forwarded to the hr.info site just have a little more patience as DNS records propagate at different speeds depending on your ISP.
