Kobo is not recognizing the csv file with the preloaded information

Hi,

I’m using kobo toolbox for data collection, and I am using preloaded data in my survey. I’ve uploaded the csv file with the data to preload, but I keep getting an error message as if the data set was not found. In attachment I’m sending you screenshots of what I see.

Do you understand why this is happening? I have a similar survey in which I use the exact same csv file, and it works.
