sir can you help of my kobo form i got an error that document has no root element…when i update the form or media i got this error…but when i deleted the form and get form again and it’s working…can you help me about this issue the when i update the media or form i will not get the error again…this error occurs only when i upload the csv file…tnx
Could you also kindly share with us the screenshot of the issue? This should help us understand your issue.
