Kobo Server is down while submitting (503) error

Hello dears, I hope you are all doing well,

We are facing submission issue recently and while submitting new record to the server it gives: The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@example.org. (503) error, there is no specific message so we can troubleshoot.

could you kindly help me what could be the issue.
