Kobo_URL_Not_Working

Hello there, I’m facing issues connecting cellphones and Tabs to my new Kobo Account using the URL. So it seems like the URL is not working (https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/“Account Name”.
Has there been any recent change in the URL/ Servers?
