Hi, we have a problem when using KoboCollect, that is “Unable to Submit Full Form”. There is no problem on the web submissions.

I want to point out that we did not delete the project from the server.
The same problem applies to all users.
The date and time of the device are correct,
When I cloned the same Project and submitted the form, there is no such problem (I think it is not related to form building).
It would be grateful if you could support this.

Do you mean I should replace the link started with “kc” to the link start with “kobo”.
If you mean that, unfortunately, it cannot connect to the server with this link. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info
I mean within the application settings, write the domain name with the account name as in the photo

@kutay98, it seems like the project was shared. If this is the case, you will need to configure your app as outlined in the support article:
