Is there an ongoing issue with KoboCollect today?
Deployed project is working as expected using Enketo but not in KoboCollect. Choices not loading for some questions

Can you please indicate what server you are using? eg
And are you using external choice lists? If so, can you please confirm that you have attached an associated CVS file to your form’s Media files (and redeployed after having done so). eg
(FWIW, I tested all the above in KoboCollect just now, and it seems to be working fine)

hi @Xiphware , I am using the global server (kf.kobotoolbox.org)
and yes I am using an external file for the pulldata function (please refer to this screenshot. I have also redeployed form a few times already
again, the survey works as expected via Enketo but not in KoboCollect
@hm11, did you mean the choices are loading as expected in the webform but not as expected on the Collect Android App? If this is what you are experiencing, then could you kindly share with us a screenshot from both Enketo that is working fine and also the Collect Android App where the form is not working as expected?

I have used the same form several times, and this is the first time I have encountered this issue

try deploying and re-downloading the form on your device, most likely the csv file is not download onto your device
this specific question though has nothing to do with the csv attachment 
anyway, since we needed to redeploy quickly, I just had to revise the form and used manual filtering of choices instead of using choice_filter. that worked for me
