Hello our enumerators are sending work using Kobo and it shows sent but we are not receiving the work on our server yet they are using the same server.

- Are you collecting data using Web Forms or KoboCollect?
- Could you share a screenshot of your KoboCollect server configuration?
- On which server is your project deployed?
- And finally, please share the project name.

Could you please share a screenshot of the settings screen in your KoboCollect app?
Note: please avoid sharing sensitive information ins your screenshots
From the image, it looks like the configuration is set for collecting data without authentication.
Please consider following the steps described here:
This approach requires enabling “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password” for your forms
I don’t see an obvious reason why this would fail
Could you please try by authenticating, using username and password fields.
Unfortunately, we are unable to use the username and passwords since we have many enumerators using the same server. Could there be another solution or which otherway can we use to restore this work since it’s still in their gadgets?
