I have deployed a project on tool.sanipath.org. I have set up my account on kobo toolbox and mobile device (koboCollect). I have collected data. data is on kobotoolbox. But there is no analysis on Sanipath. there is no sync.

Kobo doesn’t intrinsically link with sanipath, or any other 3rd-party project management/data analysis tools for that matter. Rather, Kobo provides the necessary integration APIs with which you can develop such integrations, to feed data from Kobo to other such tools. But, for obvious reasons, such integrations are highly dependent on what specific tool you are trying to integrate with, and what its data import capabilities are.
I might suggest reading up on Kobo integrations, here, and perhaps looking at how integrations with some existing tools have been accomplished; eg monday.com
