KoBoToolbox API, help sending submission data to map?

I assist running a large project to which we predominantly use KoBoToolbox for data collection internationally. We like to display such data on a map with sample information.

However this year we are unable to get the API to work with out map (https://gcsd-2020-map.metagenscope.com) and are not sure why. We historically have linked the data with a form id and use JSON. We use the latitude and longitude of each city to show the information.
