What happens if the account storage in KoboToolbox goes negative?


@pdram, this means you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan or buy additional storage add-ons. You could purchase the same through your ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Plans. Thanks for your reply, however I am still using my account to collect information (until the administrative process of upgrading the account is completed). Is it possible to lose data in the process? Or other submissions can’t be uploaded in the system?

@pdram, you wouldn’t lose your data/project (stored in your account), but some of your KoboToolbox features might not work as expected if you still don’t upgrade your account even after you see the notification in your account.

So, if this is the case, we advise you to upgrade your account ASAP (to avoid disruptions to your account/ongoing projects).
