This has happened a few times in the last month or so.
My deployed forms get corrupted and all the labels and choices are removed.
Also some languages are removed too.
I work only through the kobo toolbox and do not work offline with XLS sheets.
Has anyone had a similar experience and how can i make sure it does not happen as i have to re do the whole form.

Welcome back to the community, @reza_wildasia! This is because of the multiple languages you have. You should have an additional language added, but the translations should be empty. To fix this issue, verify your additional language translations through this support article Adding Another Language in the Project Dashboard.

yes, i figured that out after downloading the XLS version and noticed the language headers were wrong.
