Let respondents add responses

I want to ask respondents how many percent their funding is per year is. For example:

  • Year 1 - 20%
  • Year 2 - 45%
  • Respondent can add option for Year 3 - 15% and Year 4 - 15% and so on.

I want respondents to have the option to add more years, if needed, with respective percentages. Minimum is only Year 1 with 100%. I’m only a beginner with this software so I only use the form builder not XLS form. Thank you!
