row permissions not working. Enumerators are unable to view only their submissions.

can you share an example row level permission with us to review?
Have you confirmed the following steps? After adjusting the necessary permissions, please make sure to disable the option Allow submissions to this form without a username and password located in your FORM tab.
This setting requires enumerators to log in before making a submission. With this feature enabled, enumerators will have the ability to view their own submissions in their project dashboard. However, it is important to note that these viewing permissions will only take effect after the setting has been applied to your project and the enumerators have submitted data. Any submissions made prior to this configuration (sharing permissions) will not be accessible. Sharing permissions will only apply to submissions made after the configuration is implemented and data begins to be sent to the server.
