I have an issue when I use this Likert in appearance than Enketo shows this error, see the line break error in the attached image.
Issue:
The error occurs because your Likert question label contains [[Loader]], which is not valid syntax in Kobo/Enketo. This format breaks the display since Enketo expects variables to be referenced using ${variable_name}. Additionally, extra formatting inside the label (like using unsupported brackets or tags) causes the rendering issue.
Solution:
Replace [[Loader]] with ${Loader} to correctly insert dynamic text from another question. Keep the appearance column as likert without extra formatting. If you want styling like colors, use simple HTML such as Your text here. This ensures the Likert scale displays properly without errors.

Arabic text must be outlined from right to left, please. But in your corrected example it is left aligned (text and choices!), as you use no ::Arabic (ar) language specification.

You are using only label is not a specific language, i am using this for multi language, English and Arabic,

I think, it is probably an Enketo bug: Connector of first choice not correctly aligned. Would be interesting to check the behaviour in Collect.
