Hi @sarbeswar, You could do it as outlined in the image shown below: In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: No error message seen when select-able choices are selected. [Image 2] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: Error message seen when choices are selected beyond the select-able choices.
