Hi support team, I want to ask whether to create a new ODC account, you have to activate it via the link sent to the email? then how long is the link valid? and If without activation, can the ODK application be used?

@fahmi_admin, yes, when you have created a KoboToolbox account you will need to active your account through the link the system has sent you to activate. If you have failed to activate, you could reach out to us through support@kobotoolbox.org with your username, email ID registered to your account and the server where the account was created. We could activate it for you there.
By the way, is there a time limit for the activation link?
