List Household Members under 18 and working

Good day community! I am trying to build a household survey wherein I can display the list of household members who are below 18 years old and are ‘working’ at the bottom of the questionnaire. The list will generate a unique ID for each household member to be used in a follow up survey.

Any help would be great as I am currently stumped.
