I’m facing challenges on Kobo lm failling to proceed on a page where it shows customer name to be visited .When l enter customer main contact it is not show Customer name please help me how can l solve this problem

I’m failing to do my DCE because my Kobo collection app it is not functioning properly . After starting new form when l reach a page where I’m supposed to enter customer details like main contact of a customer no data is found.
I’m waiting patiently from you to assist me on this issue.
