Ah, I see I have a slightly different error message. It reads: • Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0. @hakan_cetinkaya, sorry, what exactly do you refer to with “server”?

There are 2 public servers; The Humanitarian Server hosted by UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) or the Non-Humanitarian Server hosted by KoboToolbox. You can see the details in here: Which Server Should I Use? — KoboToolbox documentation
Basically there are two public urls:

Hello,
I’m using the humanitarian server. Is the problem linked to the server?
I’m receiving messages from the users : some have trouble accessing it but some succeeded in submitting the form…
It seems that the problem is intermittent.
Do you know where the problem comes from?

@JoppeHamelijnck, @lea_solthis do you still face the issue? We had a temporary server issue with the humanitarian server which may have caused this. But please be informed that the issue has now already been resolved. If you should still see the issue, please feel free to let us know.
