Loading Error on existing projects and new blank projects

My form requires authentication. However, the form returns an error

If I change my settings “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password” then the form works.

The form is not archived, and is deployed.

We are using https://ee.kobotoolbox.org server

I created a new project, and a new blank form, and I also get an identical loading error. Maybe there is something wrong with my account?

I have created a new account on world server. Created a new project and a new blank form. I get the exact same error as above.

This was human error, we changed the setting for “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password” and were under the false impression that anyone with a link could login and submit to the form if they had a valid KoboToolbox account. However, they need to be added to the sharing settings for the forum (to view form, and add submission).

We are adding users to ‘sharing’ but it would be great if the Kobo team could consider accepting lists of users by CSV please. E.g. when we wish to add 500 enumerators we have to copy and paste each name manually. Thank you.
